Grant Newman is our rep @ PAPELES Y PAPELES IMAGRATION SERVICES. We were spending hundreds of dollars less with the services Grant offered thru Sharp Business Systems. He sprang into action in our time of need and helped from sale-to-install-to-customization of the copier making it super easy to use while taking all the burden off of my team and I to attempt to set it up. I have called him on many occasions to help & he always answers his phone with a smile & always eager to help & resolves the issue every time. I will be going to Sharp for all my Business Tech needs as long as Grant is working there, I know I'm in good hands!!

Fair price. great customer service...what more could you want in a company. We had been long time customers of Advanced Office before they became Saratoga so I was naturally concerned about potential changes but those concerns were unfounded. We're receiving the same great service from the same great people. Randy Crowe, our sales rep, is an excellent resource and always helps me find the right equipment for the right job. 5 star company all the way.

Franck and his team have been great in working with us. The first thing Franck did was sit down with me and discuss how we can save money on our copier and printing costs, which has increased quite a bit over the last few years as we have grown and expanded our office space. We now save each month and have better service. The technicians are always prompt and have made all adjustments and repairs in a very short time. Saratoga has done a great job for us.
