Bought a 2008 Yukon Denali XL that by the time I got home the service suspension light had come on. When I contacted the dealer they told me it was already on which I know it wasn't. It did go out only to come back on. I had the truck looked by my mechanic who in so many words said that the truck was no good. After I had the oil changed there was tapping coming from the engine that never quieted down even after warm up. Also there was rust on the frame rails and the passenger side looked like it wasn't repaired correctly. I kept the truck for one month then sold it feeling like there's no way I can put my family in a vehicle like this. Sales people were friendly but that's what they do till they get your money. Will never do business here again. If you do take a mechanic with you. They don't stand behind vehicles.

Really dishonest people. Drove 2 hours to pick up my car. Promised me no issues with it at all. I get there and many many serious hidden issues never mentioned. Used car salesmen excuses. Dont waste your time!

This business has earned my confidence in more ways than one. The selection of vehicles ranges from antique/unique to new and safe. I wanted something like the compact SUV Jeep I just had, and when I drove on to the lot I was able to find almost the same vehicle, an 08 Jeep Liberty with 108k. They came down in price a bit and worked with me, as I was willing and wanting to purchase a car the same day, out of necessity. The process was smooth, and the only hiccups were on my end when I tried to charge the car on my card, and had to call my bank! After about a day, the car began to drive a little rough and a check engine light came on. I brought the car right back to the dealership, and their mechanic got a code reader and diagnosed a fuel injector problem. Something noteworthy here is that I didnt have a warranty on the vehicle and it was sold as is. After replacing one injector at no cost to me that was identifiable, the car was released, but I continued to experience the same problem. When I called back, they discussed the issue and decided the best approach was to take care of it completely by replacing all the injectors. I am happy the work is done, and the car is very nice. I appreciate that they went out of their way to fix the problem and make sure I was satisfied with the purchase and all outcomes! I like these guys and will continue to go to them first, and recommend them.

Hi Paul. First off we are sorry you are having an issue with your vehicle. Before getting into specifics we tell all of our customers to call us if they have any issues at all and we will always try to come up with a solution that makes both parties happy despite the fact that all of our vehicles are sold as is. We just wish you would have reached out to us first before leaving your review. You purchased the vehicle in december of 2020 and it already had good PA safety and emissions inspection before we purchased it. Since the inspection was coming up soon you requested that we have it sent out for new PA safety and emissions stickers which we did and it passed, only needing wiper blades. That inspection was done by a private certified mechanic who has been in business for well over 15 years so the vehicle was definitely safe at the time of purchase. It has been about 8 months since you purchased the vehicle and anything can happen in that time. Since you mentioned all we care about is money please dont forget we made the decision to get you 4 new tires on us even though the ones on the vehicle passed pa inspection. We did that for you because we didn't want to see you as a new driver have any issues in the winter months. We think that shows that we did in fact care more about you than the money. At the end of the day we are not out to sell anyone a bad vehicle and we would not be in business in a small town for over 36 years if we were. It is a shame you are suggesting that people not do business with us because we always go above and beyond to make sure our customers are happy even when we are under no obligation to.

These people are not trustworthy! They sold me a horribly rusted 2013 GMC. Thank God I found out it was unsafe to drive before anything bad happened! These people are soulless and care more about your money than your life! Please never do business with them they have done bad to all these people! The car shouldve never passed inspection if it was up to an honest God fearing man/woman.
