Horrible, rude drivers; late, unclean busses; unreliable services and expensive fairs. Would rather walk then use go north east. Driver was very rude to my little sister who has autism, complaint was put in yet nothing was done about it.

There are wonderful choices of buses most of them stop at gateshead interchange and the drivers are nice two I know Caroline and another one I can picture in my head called Martin MacDonald who lives with Lisa
