Hello Mark. That is correct Honda Shadows aren't equipped with alarms from Honda. Your review isn't accurate either. You asked us how much for engine guards, alarm, highway pegs, passenger backrest, and a luggage rack for your travel back. All of those items total was 1000.00. Yes and extended 3 year warranty on a Shadow was 600.00. You said you wanted to do alot a traveling nationwide.. I did recommend a 900cc or better. If I remember correctly you were over 6ft tall and big strong guy. The 600cc Shadow would've been under powered on long trips to east coast.

This place is a ripoff. They quoted me a warranty on a Honda MC at $600 for 3 years, Highway bars were said to cost $1000, an alarm system was quoted at $1000 and I was told that their used bikes dont have alarms. I was told I needed 1100cc bike because a 650 cc was too small for the interstate. The used Hondas were old like a 2005 and a 2098 and they wanted $3000 and $5000.I will go to Japan and buy a Honda before I would trust these lowlifes.
Chip the intial salesperson you called was only aware of that we just received the slingshot in. The salesperson that actually took it on trade did call you to answer majority of the questions you had about it. At the time you called the Slingshot was at a Polaris getting a recall done and inspection performed.

GRR how about putting some effort in earning my money

Me and a close friend were looking to buy two motorcycles. We both have great credit scores and money to put down, we spent two days at another dealer getting yanked around and we had an awful experience. Before we finished the deal there someone told us to call Southeast to see if they could help us out. We ended up pulling out deposits from the other dealer and going to southeast. Torrie had us out the door in an hour and even loaded up the bikes in our truck for us. It was an amazing experience at southeast, Id recommend anyone to go to them!
Hello! In our showroom, all of our pre-owned Harley-Davidson motorcycles were already labeled with sale pricing, thus any more of a price reduction would be unlikely. We conduct nationwide business so our pricing is competitive. The CEO, John, ensures that our sales reps are upfront with our customers. We appreciate your visit to our dealership and checking out our pre-owned Harley-Davidson motorcycles! Next time you stop in, feel free to give John or Angel your feedback. We strive to continuously improve our customer service.

I am not an avid buyer here cause I am a Harley gal BUT customer service is great. They don't really budge on price from what I seen. While I was there they let a sale go for what I thought was a great offer. BUT keep in mind when shopping don't wait until peak season, try when the season about to end for the best price. Goodluck.
Lydia, I'm sorry we couldn't put a deal together. We worked out a fully disclosed, discounted, out the door price over the phone before you made the trip from Iowa. We sent you several pictures and a video of he bike ahead of time. When you came in you wanted another 800.00 off the discounted price. We couldn't accommodate that. Your comments about the credit application and need to get rid of bikes are false. Credit applications are done digitally to protect privacy. We did have 2 other people to call on the bike you were interested in if you backed out of the purchase. That is what we told you. Again, sorry we couldn't give you the price you wanted.

Drove from out of state to look at a bike. Overheard the manager telling another customer how badly they needed to get rid of bikes due to high inventory. Sat down to talk money and the staff immediately became pushy and rude. Asked to speak with the manager several times and was told he was busy changing a tire. When he finally came out he was even more rude than his salesman. To make the whole thing worse, the salesman showed me a credit application they had received on the bike. They showed a customers private personal and financial information, without my asking, as a way to pressure me into buying a bike! Who does that? Ended up buying a way nicer bike at a competing dealership. Clearly Southeast Sales doesnt care about peoples privacy or making sales. Their loss!
