I'm not in the business of dishing out 1-star reviews, but these guys take the prize for pretty awful, negligent customer service. Long story short: I bought a dress and received the wrong colour. After arranging for an exchange, I was provided with an invalid shipping return label. After emailing them several times (with no response) notifying them of this, I decided to ship the item back to them, with my own cash. They've received the dress; there's tracking confirmation of that. Miraculously, they decided to give me back only a partial refund, because apparently I've incurred a restocking fee, even though it was their fault for sending the wrong dress. Incredible. I'd run my own successful online business for several years, and never conducted business this way. Reaching out to my bank to resolve this. This company is a joke without a punchline.

They have beautiful products with the WORST customer service. Our wholesale order was missing a style. When we called them we were asked to call back because someone was out on lunch. We called them back and kept getting the run around with the weight of the shipment was correct. Im sorry but does a shipping department not check how many items were shipped? After this incident we wont be buying from them.

Really different, architecturally interesting clothes. But they run small. I am a size 8 US and need a large in their tops. Wish they would do less with fake leather and more with tailoring details. I love to buy from this place and they ship immediately. Never any waiting.

Nos quedaron muy mal... esta marca esta empresa.. los hara sufrir por sus compras, no cumplen no tienen comunicacion con el cliente no aceptan sus errrores, solo les interesa vender y ya despues se olviden de todo...
