This is them respectfully replying to a claim regarding a 7.5hr power outtage that resulted in my breastmilk and food thawing. They don't claim responsibility for the outtage and blame it on the consumer for not following the National Electric Code which isn't even given to you during contract.

We have had no heat or electricity for 12 hours on the coldest night in six years. Ive been calling and messaging to no avail. We received zero communication as to the status of restoring our service.. almost like they dont care at all.

The customer service is great I always get a real person and they are polite and helpful. Oncor was very helpful in setting up our new service meter to our shop and helped to make sure we had minimal delays.

There is a gate behind my house that leads to an embankment with 3 powering towers on it. Oncor has left the gate broken at this location for 6 months now. A little kid almost drowned, people are driving cars and can damage the towers since the ground is mud and they are usually sliding around down there. Ive called with no one answering or fixing the issue. I cant wait for the day someone gets really hurt or a tower gets damaged and collapses. Thank you for this really bad situation. If you care this gate issue is located in Arlington,Tx at the crossroads of pirate point circle and enchanted bay estates. Was gonna do a 1 star but I assume this will be read sooner since there are so few 5 star reviews.

This one star is only here to allow me to write a review.......ZERO STARS FOR NOW! I've been trying all day to get through to report an outage in TX & finally got through on the web page. I've been without power for 12 hours when the public service announcement states that these controlled outages will last from 15-60 minutes! Again, I've been without power for TWELVE HOURS but I'm sure you'll be expecting full payment when the bill is due. The power just came on after me finally submitting an outage report BUT LASTED FOR LESS THAN TWO MINUTES!!!!! PLEASE EXPLAIN! Who do I need to talk to? The phone system keeps hanging up & the website keeps booting me out! DISSATISFIED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!
