Luis, Thank you for your feedback, and were sorry about your negative experience with our firm. The day after you hired our law firm, our treatment coordinator scheduled you with a medical provider near your home. At the same time, our property damage coordinator opened claim with the at fault driver's insurance carrier. Unfortunately, we received confirmation from your auto insurance carrier that, due to your failure to pay your premium, your policy had lapsed. Under California law, that makes you subject to Proposition 213, and unable to receive general damages for pain and suffering and more. We immediately contacted you and explained Proposition 213 and informed you that our firm does not handle Proposition 213 cases. Joke of a Law Firm. Got rear ended on the freeway, other driver admitted to being at fault because he was on his phone and he was in the carpool lane when he was the only occupant in the vehicle. If you cannot handle a case this simple then please do not call yourself a lawyer. Second, it has literally been 2 months since the accident and these un-professionals never even updated me on where my case was or how soon I would get my car back. Just do not waste your time.
