Hi Zachary! First off, I want to thank you for your review. We strive to better our services through all customer feedback. I'm sorry to hear your experience with us was less than stellar. It looks like we worked on a couple shirt designs for you almost a year ago and proofs were emailed. I'm not exactly sure how or when communications stopped but can assure you it was nothing more than an oversight. I'm not entirely sure I can respond appropriately to your claims of discrimination as I would need further details of your experience. What I can assure you of is that our employees are very diverse group with no intentional discrimimation towards anyone or any group of people. Unfortunately, our experience with this customer was inappropriate from the start. He behaved rudely and demanding to three of our unsuspecting employees and this level of heightened misbehavior is something we, as long term business owners, rarely see. Although he behaved this way with our staff, we tried our very best to accommodate his strict demands. His order was turned around in a 7 day time period because his shirts were varied special order items. Understandably, extra time should be considered when placing orders for non-stock items. This information was relayed to him during the order process yet our customer unfortunately did not practice the patience needed for their arrival. It is also important to point out that 30 minutes before this review was posted, he called to place a second order with our company. One would logically think that his experience with our company was good enough to return for a second order. We have decided however to turn away his business as our staff deserves to receive the kind of professionalism and kindness that we offer our incredible customers.

I googled a place to assist me to get t-shirts in a RUSH. I was guaranteed to get them within a certain time frame and checked stock to make sure. After I made my payment in full 2 days prior to my order suppose to be picked up I was notified shirts had not arrived on time and I was limited sizes. I agreed to take the shirts given because I had to open my business. After being inconvenienced I decided to reorder and give them another try. I called Monday 8/10 spoke with associate for an emailed estimate. Reached out Tuesday 8/11 and was informed he was not in. Called Wednesday associate said that he was taking care of the estimate and it would be over within an hour. Called Thursday morning 8/13 spoke with owner to voice my opinions. I told him I didnt want to be inconvenienced again because his shipping and vendor process has nothing to do with me. He reassured me that it had everything to do with me and gave me attitude. When you order KEEP IN MIND IF THEY SAY ITS IN STOCK ITS NOT!!!!!!! CALL THEM INCONVENIENT TEES BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING RUSH ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!

As much as we adore hearing feedback from our customers, we unfortunately found this review very confusing. When we were checking her out, she noticed slight pretreat residue on her digitally printed shirts. We kindly explained that they were a normal part of the digital printing process as pretreat is a chemical that is sprayed onto the shirts before inks are applied to permanently secure the inks onto the fabric. A simple wash with regular detergent always washes any small residue out of the shirts, if any residue exists. We assumed she was understanding of the digital printing process and walked out happy with her purchase. She had a very small order and did not request a box to carry them out with but if she requested a box, we would have happily provided one to her as we always do for larger orders requiring a box for carryout.

There Communication was unprofessional and there t-shirt print did not reflect quality of work, Its to the point where they didnt provide a shopping bag or box for my large purchase. Very disappointed
