From the front office to the factory ,it is run by complete idiots , they hire unskilled labor to do skilled positions, no room for advancement because you won't stay long enough to make a difference , they pay bottom scale , nothing close to industry standards for skilled labor,most of the equipment is fairly old , the environment is dreary , and no place you'd wanna get a friend hired lol ... Owners don't care , the revolving door of employees has never stopped spinning , if they cared they question why. Customer parts seem to always come back and it's everyone else's fault , not management for hiring idiots , that's for sure.

Poor company to work for ,was there for 8yrs and never grew with the company, they have favoritism with employees, was fired after putting in my 2 week notice.wish them them best but I would not recommend nobody to work for them it's a waste of time.
