The 5 stars are fake. This place is a dump...... trash in the stairwells hallway and mold. Please don't get folded like we did. Run far and fast from this place. Everything is old or dirty when you move in. Once you sign that paperwork. They are done with you. The out side patio part in my building has has been taped off for two months now. Grill are so gross like most of the building.

I recently moved here from Southern California. I hate this place. The management are all rude, there are mice in the elevators, the noise is mind numbing and makes for a miserable home life. There is no sauna or hot tub. The pool is cute and very boutique'ish, but extremely small. This was quite evident during the 4th of July when apparently, most residents invited their families and people were on top of each other in the water as it was literally standing room only. The elevators often have a mind of their own and lastly (also most frustrating), management never informed me that my 4th floor apartment overlooks an outdoor concert from Friday afternoon through Sunday evening! There has to be consideration for this noise pollution because when it travels through the walls, it's no longer music, just annoying.

Villages at the Domain has been a fantastic experience up to this point, which has only been a month! The front office staff is amazing and Lana has been extremely welcoming and helpful from the beginning of our process until now. Apartments are very homey and clean. All appliances are up to date and running great! Thanks to team here at Villages.

We recently toured the community LIKED but felt very awkward and as previously stated before had REALLY bad vibes from that same leasing agent. Though my wife kept doing all the talking she kept answering and referring her answers to me. Why? My wife was the one that needed to decide. That obviously made me very uncomfortable and my wife nonetheless also felt bothered by it and so we will be looking elsewhere. I will advise for management to look into this type of behavior/environment that you may have on your team as your future residents will be exposed & affected by it.
