Terrible staff not helpful at all. Totally not recommend. The worst service I have ever seen.Even not hello. This is my first time leaving any reviews but for this location should be at least a little bit more respect to the patients.

The nurses are very friendly and cordial; however, the doctor, optician and receptionist all need to work on their customer service. I am not sure if this is because the office is poorly managed or due to a lack of manners. The office is also geared towards getting you to purchase glasses or contacts, rather than focusing on your concerns. At this office, you are just a number and just someone to be taken advantaged of. I will not be returning.
