We were underwhelmed. I think the Doctor is a very good doctor, but the sales practices are questionable. I was given a truly awesome eye imaging test.... However, I was NOT told it was a $75 charge, and that dilation was an option.... That's wrong. I was also very put off by the high pressure sales tactics. Then, when I did choose something, the price was insane. After saying so it dramatically dropped, but was still too much. There's room for a LOT of improvement. The staff are sweet, but.... I am going to have to spend tomorrow trying to find glasses.... If you have a choice, go somewhere else.

This place is Dirty buisseness , Good luck with yalls wallets , Took my money didnt get what i paid for , instead i had to go to walmart and repay to get the same service . they took 70 $ and still wanted to add 120 for extra fees they didnt mention, i didnt honor it so i left , they still kept my money anyways , just lost my time and money

Went to go for my annual eye exam yesterday and had a great experience. Scheduling online was supper easy. Everyone there was friendly and very helpful. Also the office was very clean, I would definitely go here again next year.

I recently went to Pupila Family Eyecare and the service was excellent. Dr. Supriya provided a very thorough eye exam for glasses and contacts and Mr. Sal provided excellent service in selecting new glasses. I would highly recommend Pupila Family Eyecare.

Hello, we are sorry you had to drive a couple of times to the office. As you can see on Google, our office is open for half a day on Monday. We did not receive any messages from you on Tuesday and we were open all day Tuesday. Due to the hurricane threat, like most other medical offices in the Houston area, we had to close Wednesday and Thursday this week for the safety of our patients and staff. We are open tomorrow (Friday) 9:30 am to 6 pm and Saturday 9:30 am to 1 pm. You can stop by and collect your glasses at a convenient time for you. Give us a call if you have any further questions.

ORDER MY GLASSES HAD TO GO OUT OF TOWN FOR WORK. ARRIVE BACK AUGUST 23RD. CALLED THEM MONDAY AUGUST 24TH, TUESDAY AUGUST 25TH, WEDNESDAY AUGUST 26TH, THURSDAY AUGUST 27TH, NO RESPONSE EVEN DROVE OVER TO PICK UP MY GLASSES AND THEY ARE ALL LOCKED UP LIKE THEY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS. MIND YOU THEY HAVE MY 2200.00 FRAMES AND GLASSES. I LEAVE AGAIN OUT OF TOWN FOR WORK. THIS PLACE CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!! THEY WILL HAVE TO MAIL MY GLASSES OVER NIGHT I TRIED SINCE MONDAY AUGUST 24TH. ITS THURSDAY AND THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE OPEN
