I called to receive very basic information on pricing and apparels because of what I found on the website. Rather than to take the time and explain this guy(at the very beginning of the conversation) was very rude on the phone boasting about if I didn't have enough shirts I could go to the malls and that's what the malls are for. I explained to him what his website quoted and he shouted about he didn't know which one because he had 6 websites. My experience with this particular person(don't know his name) was blood boiling and very poor.

Horrible customer service. Rude & didn’t care at all about my complaint. They had my money & basically said FU. Communication within the company is the worst I’ve ever seen. My suggestion, take your business elsewhere.

We use Embroidery Works Plus for all of our banners, car wraps, magnetic signs, embroidered shirts and more... Jack, Sally and Jared are the BEST at what they do and the BEST to work with on price and designs. Big kudos to them for all they do with us in the community as well! 5 stars for sure!
