This company is very unprofessional. The way they talk to their clients and customers is shocking. I definitely will not be reccomending them to any other local businesses. Even if you have a small issue (they sent the wrong colored shirts) they will try to turn it around and blame you for the mistake and then refuse to make it right. To top things off, they will insult you and your business by calling you immature for closing your account with them when they refused to resolve the issue. Based on previous reviews this seems to be a pattern. They will give you whatever colored shirts they want and if you complain, they will refuse to fix the problem and then tell you its your fault for not knowing the technical color names. Ordering BLACK shirts seemed like a simple request but turned into the staff lashing out.
I wish I could speak to the quality of print work that is done by this company, but the astoundingly rude manner in which I was treated precluded this. When I called to inquire if they screened "can coozies," I was given a terse "no" and promptly hung up on by the female who answered. They will never hear from me again.
We have placed fairly large orders for about the last 6 years for our non-profit organization. We have had the best treatment and customer service. They have given us great advice on the product, and it seems that every year the service gets even better. We are really grateful for Saturn Printing.
i have been working with Saturn Printing for years now. Very happy with the quality of shirts they have suggested and a timely turnaround on my purchases.
Pretty poor service on their side of things. I'm not a graphic artist, so I trust that these guys know how a print might look before printing(e.g. if a graphic will look bad on a dark/light shirt, etc.). I'll always defer to the experts, but in this case I would steer clear. The owner, Mark, was great to work with initially (a couple $500 orders). Our last order was 3 times that and oddly had the worst customer service. We needed our URL put on the back so I asked him to do what he thought would be catchy and what's been done by others in a similar situation. We got back a tiny 5" url, maybe 1/2" tall that you couldn't see from more than 3-4 feet away. To make matters worse, before printing an example off, Saturn printed off every order then charged our card TWICE, a ding of $3,000 instead of $1,500. I asked him to review the order and I'd like to come down and discuss and this is the response I received: "Eric, I think our paths end here. I wish you the best in your endeavors." WTF? After screwing up an order, you don't own up? Bad, bad bad. Sadly, his quality is actually pretty solid for a printing business. Unfortunate.
