The owner had fired me for trying to follow covid protocol, he does not care about anyone's health or safety as I have been put into many dangerous and hazardous situations over the years, this is the worst. An employee had tested positive for covid and the owner Tom, continued his day as it was normal. Went to run errands at walmart, picked up from a vendor, and even served a customer before getting a negative test result or sanitizing the store. I have been a faithful and commited employee for almost 4 years and was let go because I wanted to do what was right. It is obvious he only cares about making money and sales as he would not even close the store for a few hours to come up with a plan to keep everyone safe.
Robert - we have no record of you ever coming into/phoning the store, and have never ordered anything. Are you a friend of a former employee who left quickly?

The owner of this company was very rude to my staff and failed as a business owner to handle basic customer service requests.

I recall saying we would have to see the item first before we could sew it. I apologize for the inconvenience. There are some bags that we are able to embroider and some that we can not.
