And what dont you said the way you cursed us we have to call the police..simple we fix your front suspension NOT YOUR DRIVE SHAFT SO GUEES WHAT Im not fixing something for free that we didnt mess up and I know the law perfectly ... and sorry bout my POJ loaner car but the car was running great Eric Williams and you messed up for me.. like I say before some people want some for nothing .

If I could put zero stars to show how I really feel about this place, I would. I went in for a diagnostic, and asked them to check my drive shaft. The person that did the diagnostic, the mechanic, had no knowledge of how to repair or how to check to see if my drive shaft needed to be replaced. That resulted in my fiancé, child, and myself to be in an accident on the highway. Due to the drive shaft needing to be replace, it destroyed the Gas lines and other parts in my truck. After we told them about this incident, thats when things got worst. They always had attitude, cursed us out in Spanish, and on top of that, they made us pay for the damages they caused. The plus side was after paying up front for the repairs to be made they offer us a loaner car. Since they messed up our car thats was the only car they offered, a car with no air and the breaks kept popping off . When we told them about this they accused us of being in a bad neighborhood. I live in a gated community, with neighborhood watch.The red car that they are selling the front of the place is evidence. They just updated their systems to probably wipe away the evidence they they never keep record of your Miles in and miles out . Which by law your supposed to do. Its a lot of things that is wrong with this place. Dont get fooled into the reply that they might leave unless their lawyer says otherwise. And btw dont trust them doing anything other than tires . They cant even fix their own car brakes. You keep saying we not doing nothing for free but on our diagnostic that we paid for your mechanic did not check our drive shaft properly and thats on our paperwork you gave us sweetie. Btw if we do make it to court , anyone else who had problem with this place feel free to reach out to me. Check your paperwork they give you. If the miles in miles out are the same they either did not test drive (which they usually dont) or they are going against the law and putting zero or not putting the correct miles. Check claims on government site, you have two complaints/claims you have not respond.

Long wait time, I went to get my tires changed and they were taking their time. They also had a guy there upset because they couldnt find his lug nut so my first thought was to make sure they didnt try to take mine and give it to him. Well to no surprise they did just that, they took my lug nut off and put it on that persons vehicle and then when I confronted them about it they tried to tell me that it was already gone and I know for a fact that was NOT true. They put one on but it wasnt mine!!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE THEY WILL CHARGE OUTRAGEOUS PRICES FOR VER LOWG RADE WORK. The name says it all just get a tire and that all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You will be lucky if they fix your problem right the first time. These people seem trustworthy. At the end of the day they are unprofessional unpredictable crooks. There should be in investigation into this place the the credentials of the workers. If you sit in the shop long enough you will see people bringing there cars back if its something other than a tire.
