We visited during a busy time in London, so we were very happy we had purchased the Fast Track tickets. The other line was quite long. My review is somewhat skewed given I had a small panic attack as we got higher up. If you are sensitive to motion, Id recommend thinking twice before going. It was quite rainy and windy the day we went and I could feel the pod sway slightly, which was unexpected. So, given what we paid, and the fact that I spent a significant portion of the ride with my eyes closed, I have to say that I would probably not do this again. There are much cheaper places to go in London to get high-up views of city.

If in London, you simply have to do it. Try booking well in advance . 6 pm onwards is the best time.

Lovely time with my best friend, Willow was a very good guide who supplied lots of fun and interesting facts. My only criticism would be she spoke to fast at times and very close to the microphone so missed some detail.

A very unsafe boat as manned by minimum wage staff. The commentary may have well been a recording, with some very family inappropriate jokes thrown in for good measure.
