I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience with us! Our rooms located directly above the bar do tend to be louder than the others and we recommend guests who think this might be an issued for them should reach out in advance and request a room away from the bar. Probably the dirtiest hotel weve ever stayed at. You couldnt walk without getting your feet dirty from the carpets filth. They didnt even bother removing chewed gum left by the previous guests.

Absolute gay gem in South Beach! Stayed in a crate room the beginning of my stay and a regular room towards the end. Crate room offered the same amazing amenities at an affordable price for those on a budget or looking for something different from the usual. The bar events were a blast, staff was willing to go above and beyond for everything, and the entire place is held to one of the highest cleanliness standards Ive seen in the area at a hotel. Was really sad to leave even after extending my stay multiple times but will definitely be back!

I had a terrible experience here. I was in the front lawn enjoying the sun with another guest when a wild iguana hopped on top of the table we were sitting at. It was very large and we were fascinated and were going to scoop it up with our beach towels to get a closer look. The owner had the audacity to call 9-1-1 and accused us of harassing the iguana, which we were not. The police came, stayed for about 30 seconds and left, because we did nothing wrong. Iguanas are not a protected animal in the State of Florida and I later read that it is legal to humanely capture them in Miami Beach. Apparently the iguana was their pet; I suggested that the owner put up a sign warning guests that a wild iguana lives on the property and please do not touch or attempt to pet or feed the iguana. The owner was absolutely nasty and said "that should be a given." I will never, ever stay in this establishment again. I resent the disrespect I received as a paying customer. I would recommend this business to NO ONE.
