We went this weekend for my husbands Birthday, the first thing our waiter said to us was you need to place your entire order at once I will not come twice, he also asked us to tip him in cash, the food was horrible no taste what so ever, also the way the waiters treat the runner's and bus boys is just awful super nasty and super rude. This place is SUPER highly rated for what it really offers the best thing was the music. DO not recommend at all. Our waiter was a Spanish guy, he has high lites in his hair, skinny guy not to tall. This was Saturday night 12-11-21 our reservation was for 8:30 they sat us outside toward the back 2 booth next to the big mirror they have hanging on the wall.

Their garden is really a cozy place, the bar area is nice, however the inside tables are definitely not worth the visit. The prices are high for what you get. The staff has a bit of attitude overall. Also we asked if we could come back for drinks at the bar, the waitress confirmed with Jeremy (obviously the manager) and then a few hours later the door man tells us to get lost unless we message Jeremy as he cannot talk to him. Our last visit here.

Im fair with reviews. When I get great service I brag to the world about it and write about it. Same goes for the opposite. This place Absolutely had no class. We had a reservation for 3 outdoors on a Thursday night and were told sorry you have to spend $300/person to sit outside. I begged and explained I was immune compromised (I have cancer) and couldnt sit outside due to the pandemic. Our reservation from open table, booked with a credit card clearly said outdoor seating reserved. They decide if they like your face I guess. In any case we further explained we came to celebrate the end of my radiation treatments - but sadly the heartless Maitre D and waiter didnt blink. We were 3 women. Apparently if you walk in with a man they might accommodate you better. When we realized we couldnt sit outside we decided to sit at the bar so we can get some outside air coming through which would be safer for me. We ordered some food and wanted to enjoy the night. 45 minutes later the waitress told us sorry my boss wants me to kick you out. Its getting too busy now and we need to take out your chairs. I am never coming back here again and like all the other negative reviews. I agree. Save your money. Go somewhere else where you will have much better service and food. Hasalon and Carbone beats this place hands down !
