Not only they was rude and lack of real communication plus over charging me yeah nahh if I don't get a refund I'll contact business hotline and make my complaint for sure. They can't say it was the file cause they format it and charge me 80$ worst experience ever. Not only that after leaving the store I've been in quarantine once I'm better I am going in person cause when you call the manager hardly there. BE AWARE !
The turn around time is not promise. Customer service is lacking. I see a lot of orders being done but I stop by yesterday to confirm on the logo to start running them 35 hats total since May 1st. I was told 5pm today it will be done. The order have not been started yet. I paid in full same day. I don't understand the service.
