We had a great experience up until after our windows were installed and we realized there was a draft coming in from multiple windows installed. We have reached out to the company multiple times and we cant get anyone to call us to have someone come out to fix the issue. Our sales rep was great and has been responsive in regards to this but I get the same response every time someone will contact you to get this done its been 2 ish weeks since and we have yet to receive a call ( and I have followed up multiple times with the same response).

Worst mistake ever Ordered 14 window replacements and two 2 door replacements. Install was a big challenge on a near 200 year old house. Excellent work on the tear out and install of the windows. I do feel like it was a lot of work for just a 3 day install. Seemed like the end was rushed and noticed afterwards some things that got missed. Doors came from the factory (out of the box) with loose hinges and bent brackets. This caused a lot of squaring issues for the installers. Biggest complaint is the time crunch for so much work in so little time and the dings and dents on the front door. Overall still a major improvement to temperature control, sound isolation and appearance. 3/14/2022 update. Still waiting over a year and half now for the screen door instal, which was scheduled and rescheduled 3 times now. Overall, downgrading to 3 star. Doors and windows are great, service and organizational awareness is near zero. Sending crews out to fix/install hardware for a door I don't even have yet/ can't find it/or not sure what's going on. Waited several months for a rebuild and finally called them to get an update. Responded with oh we've been trying to get ahold of you to let you know its done, but clearly no communication was attempted. I received absolutely no call, voicemail or email to the arrival the the reorder. 5/15/2022 After several calls to fix a door that was incorrectly hinged and installed while I wasn't home, I have received no return call or services to correct the issue. The silver finished hinge and guards clearly are not color matched to the black finish. Months of waiting for a reorder, the incorrect door was installed while I want home. prior to this two service attempts to instal "hardware" or " repair" for a door that was never installed. Clear expectations over the phone of what the order was and or should have been. Photos are they deem as completed work since I have made several calls for service with no response. I do suggest for large projects do not use this service. Corrections of issues is unlikely to happen.

The installation process was great, but I had an issue with my door a year later. It wouldn't close enough to lock it most of the time. When they came to fix it, they didn't replace one of the parts so it was still broken. No one from the office on Sawmill would call me back for MONTHS. I tried the chat feature on the website and posting on Facebook, still no one called me back. When I asked for a customer service phone number I was told there was no other number. I reached out to a friend that works at a location in another city and he provided a corporate number for me to try. About a week after I reached out to them, I finally got a call back to schedule an appointment. Management NEVER called to even apologize. I have never received such awful customer service.
