Their customer service is terrible. Needed to return something I purchased online within their 60 day window. I emailed to get a return slip from them. It took them 2 weeks to even respond to my email.

I discovered the Reef sandal at Paragon Sports on Broadway in NYC and grew to really love them. Last week, I bought a pair of one of their casual shoes, the Mission. Looks really great with jeans and they feel really good.
