Worst experience ever. very friendly at first, when I was asking about one of their cerdified x5. answer phones right away and calls me for questions and stuff. while on the process of signing bunch of papers inside office, financial advisor or whatever name of the position was very rude and impatient. I wanted to make more deposit but he didn't want to wait. He just wanted sign the paper and get it done. I will never come back to this dealer. Not even penny discount.
