Don't let these people anywhere near your computers. The Marks Group Zoho developer completely botched the installation and data transfer from QuickBooks to Zoho. Every time they tried to fix their errors, they made it worse. They tried for almost 3 years to fix all of their mistakes, but things continued to get worse, and of course I was charged for their time. I finally had to hire another Zoho development company to correct all of the mistakes made by the Marks Group. Six months later, Zoho is finally working properly, but I had to spend another $7,000 to get everything fixed. When I emailed Gene Marks to tell him I was considering legal action to recover some of the money I spent to correct the problems they created, Gene Marks told me that they were never aware of any problems, even though all of my issues were clearly documented by his group. Stay away from the Marks Group.

The Marks Group team is very knowledgeable and responsive. They provide excellent guidance on an approach and implementation of modern systems, however, the business must have clear project objectives, an understanding of current processes and an owner for managing change in order to realize the full value of partnership.
