Phone hold times are way to long, waited for over 40 mins, no answer, did the call back, was another 30 mins before call back.

Recology has contracted with the City of Petaluma to sweep the streets. It is my understanding that the streets are to be cleaned every other week, especially when the leaves have dropped in the fall. Our streets have not been cleaned in the last month, Recology will not respond to a telephone call nor an Email. They do pick up the trash on the proper day so they get a star for that although I have been forced to fill my green trash can with leaves near the sewer curb inlets; not much room left for other green trash. The next thing I expect is that they will offer more green trash cans so that I can start cleaning the streets in my neighborhood.

Recology was great to work with and very gracious in donating trash, recycling, and compost needs for our charity bike ride. They are very responsive and professional!

I was attempting to represent my grandmother on the phone, who's English is not very fluent, and a rude service caller told me I was not allowed to do that & my grandmother had to contact the Spanish speaking line on her own. She then, with cynicism, transferred me to a line in a different county to another English speaker who told me I could represent my grandmother if we were in the same room. Mind you, I'm getting my Notary License soon and I know this lady was just rude and not helpful at all. I had to call again and wait for another 20 minutes with no answer.
