4- 5 stars for their pizzas, but took off a star for delivering wrong pizza and often not following instructions. I took another star off because they don't answer their phones, they have no answering machine, and phone disconnects over and over again. This has been going on since forever. Had to call 9 times before it finally did not disconnect and a human answered. It's very annoying! Busy or not, you need to fix your phones.
Excellent, friendly, speedy service. Yummy thin-crust pizza with a crunchy-but-not-burnt crust, toasted fresh to order. Surprisingly no line on a Saturday afternoon. Got a slice of the Bluto for $6 (generously sized with about an 8-inch-wide crust). Limited seating (just one table outside) so ate it at the park down the street. Would definitely order here again, perhaps for a full pie!
TURN THE BUSINESS OVER TO SOMEONE WHO CARES. THE COMCAST OF PIZZA PLACES. Previously gave this place 5 stars because their pizza is my preference, but the service is shameful. Im from philly, so Im used to aggressive service at cheesesteak shops that are world renowned. This is not. Unplugging your phone during hours to avoid taking orders, telling a customer they dont care about your business because they have more, and saying your tips over 7 years dont matter to them is not a place that cares about their community or their customers, it is a place who has been spoiled by the low rent and the hill they sit upon.
