They admittedly messed up 2 shirts in an order and refused to correct it because it was "too costly". A refund was offered in return for the messed up shirts. The shirts were already paid for and a portion went to charity so a refund isn't helpful. I'm out the shirts and money either way I choose to go. If I get a refund on the messed up shirts and then re-order them, they will be more expensive because there are only 2 and not in a larger order. At the end of the day, I didn't mess up the order, they did. Terrible business practice. I have never encountered a business that doesn't want to right their wrongs because it costs too much. Well, it's gonna cost a lot more in the future. There are plenty of other places to go and I'll make sure everyone who ever needs any similar work done knows to steer clear of here.

I was referred to this company by social media. I am opening my new store this week. I went in to find out how much it would cost to have a vinyl decal for my store front. After talking with the guy for 20-30 mins he explained that anything I wanted on google images he could do and that pixels could be fixed. So I agreed and asked if I should pay now or when, he said I could pay when I picked up. He then said that he would have Don send me a completed design on Thursday. I never received an email so I called on Friday. The same guy answered and said oh let me go remind him. He then got back on the phone and said that Don had it saved on his computer and that they got a new computer and it didn't save. He explained that Don could have it over to me in the morning. Terrible business practice to lie to a customer who is very intelligent and to insult my intelligence really does not help an already upset customer. I would also like to mention that the day that I walked in to the store to speak to the guy, he told me to check out another company down the street. I give them 1 star for answering the phone when I called.

Dropped of 1 shirt to see how it turned out. After waiting 14 business days and 2 phone calls I spoke with Don about just picking up the shirt so I could move on finished or not. He said that it was out being done at that very moment ( of course, right?) and that I could pick it up around 5 or he would stay a bit if needed so I could pick it up. No need I said as I would just pick it up in the morning. Next morning arrives, and so do I. This time I was not speaking with Don, but another person that informed me that the shirt was not there, but would be there in an hour or so since it had not been finished yet. he even wondered why I was there for it since I had just "dropped it off 2 days ago" Well, obviously this was not the brightest bulb, but I figured I would cut my losses. I offered to pay them for it and either they could deliver it or I could return later. Well, you guessed it, the bill for the shirt that I still did not have was $15 more than quoted for which he could not explain, remember, he also thought I had brought the shirt in just 2 days earlier. At this point he decided to call for assistance. At this point I decided to truly cut my losses. I left no shirt, nothing. Within a couple of days, Don did send me a picture of the shirt saying it was ready. I did not go back, why you may ask? IT WAS DONE WRONG!! Don still had not had it done correctly! Moral of the story? There are too many other like businesses out there. Go to them. Not only did they not complete the work even close to the time they said they would, they raised the price, and then... it was still wrong! And yes, I still have the picture of the poor work in my email in case you want proof!
