Terrible customer services. Especially and specifically over the phone. I own a business I recently opened, I was basically forced to purchase a new sim card in order to transfer my business phone number. Which is a number from straight talk. Just to later turn around and tell me they are unable to because the number is no longer active. Then wasted my time using my pin code for activation of a new number. Had me powering the phone on and off when they could clearly see in the system that the number was not being transferred waste of my money, time and intelligence! Absolutely unprofessional to be transferred between people who are just lying to you and forcing you to pay them! Straight talk is good for kids not businesses!!
This company is horrible. Internet connection in and out all even when standing near wifi. Cant even log into into app because of some security issue. Cant keep phone number if you want to switch carriers. Have to wait a year before phone is unlocked or they will charge $150 to unlock it. This supposed to be a no contract company. The company makes you feel like your in a contract
