All our canvas printing is done on a poly duck polyester fabric which is much lighter material. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We hope to help resolve this situation anyway. I ordered a scientific poster from this company for a research showcase at my university. I ordered it a week in advance, on a canvas poster. I went to pick it up and was then informed that they ran out of the original canvas material and just printed it onto something else, without informing me. Now I will be hanging up a blanket with my research data on it instead of a poster. Next time, let someone know so they can decide what they would like to do and not look stupid (although maybe cozy?) in front of judges for a research showcase.
Carla we appreciate the review. In our most recent email exchange, you stated, "No color choices ? Just this hideous print keeps popping up". The hideous print you were referring to, is our designed product. So we appreciate your opinion on that. We are NOT professionals at reading minds, so we simply asked you to take measurements as opposed to our company making executive decisions on your client's behalf. The moment you said I was "forcing you" to take off of work to go measure a shirt, I realized our work relationship was not a good fit moving forward. In all our 6 years in this business (which we absolutely love) this was our first time having to decline a business relationship. We're happy you've found other vendors to accommodate your needs. Micahel is not very professional, slow to communicate, and for a company that specializes in shirt printing, they are not very detail oriented. We did a 60count or so cut and sew order with them to try them out. They put the same size logo on a youth medium as they did on an Adult XXL - it totally overpowered the shirt and looked ridiculous and client was not happy. They did like the Larger sizes but not the Medium on down. Regrettably, ... we gave them another shot. although we had to give the client a discount on the last order (yeah... we ate that.) I told him on the next order, he needed to scale the logos on the Medium Small and Youth sizes. He said i needed to give him exact measurements . I said lets keep the logo to shirt width on a 1 to 4 ratio, he replied back (keep in mind it takes a day each time to get these emails back and forth,) that i just needed to tell him exact measurements for each of the logos. Grrrr , so i replied back that if he would be so kind as to give me the panel measurements for shirts I would do the math myself and would take the time to figure that out for him. He replied back that I needed to just measure shirts. I told him , that I don't have 6 or 7 different sizes just laying around the office and did he expect me to take off work and go to a store to get measurements of similar shirts? It would have been MUCH easier for him to give me the panel sizes of these custom shirts that they produce IN HOUSE per order but that is the attitude you can expect if you choose to work with this vendor. I recommend a hard no. Please feel free to message me for the names of MUCH better vendors if you are a business person who expects your vendors to be experts at what they do. I think the way they process gthere orders may get in the way of them and the customers connection. I submitted an order and had to wait 2 days for a response. When time is a factor some people really don't have the time to sit and wait for 2 days for a reply. The young man that picked the phone up and answered a few of my questions was very professional and calm. The website is definitely not user friendly. Some of the features do not work.
