Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from Sourpuss Clothing again. While they do have great quality items, this is the second time I have placed an order, only to find out a week or two later that items are out of stock. I did follow up on this last order after not receiving a shipping notification after about a week, and was informed that they had a backlog on fulfilling orders and would notify me of shipping as soon as possible. I would suggest Sourpuss invest in updating their website to better reflect inventory as people place orders. Honestly, the one item in the order I wanted the most was, of course, the item that was out of stock. The other items were shipped, and at this point, I would rather just cancel the entire order. Disappointing shopping experience, sadly.
I ordered my package last night and it was ready the next day in the afternoon. So I like the quickness of doing Pick up. It's very hard to find without GPS. I don't really like the Pick up System. I went to the door to see if it was an actual store and it's not it's literally just the warehouse.
I ordered an item from Sourpuss and it was shipped quickly. However when I received the item it was not what I ordered. They offered to send me the correct item but because it had stated online that it was the last one i decided not to. I figured that they probably didnt have it in stock. So I just requested a refund. I receive the refund invoice and I was only refunded the cost of the item and not the shipping. In this case I assumed I would be refunded the shipping because they sent the incorrect item but I assumed wrong. Very displeased by that!
