Hi There, I'd like to have someone reach out and address this with you; we absolutely have resources here for instances like this. As far as direct mail being dead, that couldn't be further from the truth. Staff was helpful. 1 response from 20k cards. I think direct mail advertising is dead. Not my first experience with post cards. Hasn't work well in years.

Hi Matt- The Landing Page we created for you last year was active until March 15th of 2022 and you had traffic to that domain (which you own) as recently as 3/14/22. We would not have visibility if you discontinued that domain but we will never cancel live websites or landing pages unless you make that request and it doesn't appear that happened. Regardless we refunded you the $50 yearly hosting fee 2 business days after you informed us this was an issue. We hope this handles things for you.

It was great working with PostcardMania. Our team had many changes that we wanted added to our mailers (15 or so), but they were so flexible and kind in accommodating us. They have processes set up to catch any issues before our launch. We are excited to see the results of the campaign.

Super shady business practices. Buyer beware. Read all the fine print. Make sure you get a full disclosure of all your charges to be billed for through out the entire campaign.
