Frame IO has the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. They will charge a fee for simply adding a team member to a project without giving you any indication that you are about to be charged. The craziest part is that my credit card on file was actually locked at the time that they charged me - My credit card company said that subscription fees will still be processed while locked but the problem is that this was clearly some type of scammie add-on as opposed to the yearly subscription fee. Frame IO must be used to dealing with the awful executive level of the film industry and have adopted their practices. Not only all of that but they also questioned my cognitive abilities when I requested the refund. Absolutely absurd. One of the worst experiences I have ever had in dealing with customer service. Use Vimeo instead.
Canceling my subscription was near impossible. I ended up owing over $600 dollars which they wouldnt refund me for. It was very upsetting especially since they say they support freelancers. Their customer support is not helpful.
Not bad software. Had several issues that took a long time to get support for. Basically the service was out and I had to pay for Wipster again which works really well too. The guys still charged me for the service which was basically dormant for 6 weeks. There was also an arrogance about the team that made me feel like my issue was a big problem for them to deal with, and it was basically all my fault.
