100% rude. They block traffic without premits. Then when they call to speak to owner he says "that a petty attitude and it was his son who would not talk rude." If I were a business I would look for other options before hiring these people. That's if you value how neighbors and public view your business.

Doesn't deserve one star! I reserved a wood chipper online. Apparently online rentals mean nothing because I "wasn't written down in the book." The owner, Jim, was incredibly rude! I showed him my email confirmation, told him I lined multiple people up to help me, and I had a nice day to the work. He throws up his hands, says "well it ain't here and that's the way it is" and walked away from me. I wasn't the only one upset that morning. I watched several other people become upset with their own rentals. I'll drive to Omaha before I'd ever consider resource rental in the future. They treated me like garbage.

We rented a sod cutter from here. It was our first time doing business with Resource Rental Center. We were satisfied with the price after pricing from multiple places. Settled on the weekend rental, saved some $$, and it fit our schedule. A short wait & they demonstrated how to use it, loaded it up & let us know how to reach them after hours if any complications. There were none. Got a good workout with this project, returned on time & they unloaded it. No wait on the return. Staff was friendly, courteous & helpful. I had no problems pulling my trailer in & out of their lot. We will definitely rent from here again. Thinking a small excavation digger driveable in the future.

Renting things that dont work. Rented a dump trailer, and I had to shovel everything I loaded off of it because it did not work .
