Called talked to a gal told her my husband had a nylon jacket that he wanted a Wisconsin W on because he lost his Wisconsin jacket and bought a new one. She gave me a price on it of $12.99. When we went to drop ot off they wouldn't do it because it was a logo. What didn't she tell me that when I talked to her. We don't live very close so that way a long trip for nothing! Thanks a lot

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I took two of my daughters dresses in to be monogrammed and they were both ruined. First, I asked for a specific font which apparently they didnt have so they just picked a font without asking if I was ok with it. Second, the monogram wasnt centered on the dress as I had requested when I dropped them off. One of the dresses was for a special occasion and now I am stuck trying to find another dress and another place to have it monogrammed in a very short amount of time. At least they didnt charge me for the monogramming but they made no attempt to reimburse me for the loss of the dresses I spent money on and can no longer use. Ive had friends do a better job with their home sewing machines. These people are supposed to be professionals. I will never go back and would not recommend them to anyone.
