Horrible customer service. Some ladies were nice, but the owner was just mean and didn't resolve my complaint. Unprofessional and inconsistent with their service. They did mine wrong and redo it, but left holes on my shirts. Also charged me for an extra shirt. Lastly, I don't like the embroidery.

On the Cuff was very difficult to work with. We ordered online with the intention of using the coupon from College Magazine. Communicating our design took a lot of back and forth communication and processing. And when we went to finally pick it up they told us the coupon doesn't apply to us because I guess you need to scan the coupon and attach it to the email when ordering. All in all it was annoying to pay more than expected and the customer service throughout the whole process was difficult. No one was very friendly or easy to work with.

This place is great!! Got all my dogs names put on their stockings!! Wonderful work. Hint.. go early if you're doing Christmas items because they really get busy around the Holidays.

I went for my first time last night. The service was good drinks were great and music was lit. I left, since I was bar hopping, and eventually made my way back with my friends to On The Cuff. This time things were different the bartender approached us and said, what do you guys want? Your ready to order or what? With a very ugly attitude. My friend ordered about 8 shots and we paid right away with no intention of leaving or no longer ordering drinks. The server comes back complaint about a small tip on such a large tab while at the same time were preparing a cash tip on the side. I dont appreciate when a server has to tell me how tip them. I tip my 5% then more based off of good service. The server then told the manager that my friend threatened to fight him which was a lie. And we all got kicked out. First time there was horrible.
