Hello Brent, Long story short...we fixed your baseball figure that had a bent bat because you had asked us to straighten it out. The only thing was the bat was not removable. We did not know you needed to remove it. We didn't just cut off your bat. Since it was epoxied into the figure, we attempted to remove it. It broke and we then drilled out the broken part of the bat so the bat could be slid in and out of position. We gave you two options...replace the bat or have the bottom of the bat threaded so that it still screwed in place for you. Since the the straightening out of the bat and the time involved to do that was at no charge, we asked what you thought while you were still in the showroom. If you had major issues with the fact that you lost 1/8" of height or that the bat didn't screw into place, you could have said something more while you were still here to give us the opportunity to make your bat able to screw in place at that time. Since then, we have already been responding to you via Facebook and have offered to fix your crisis by getting you a brand new bat at no charge. We understand that you're still using the award for your fantasy baseball, so we will see you in a few months when you get your award back for us to change the bat out.

DO NOT USE! They ruined our $350 fantasy baseball trophy. Our figuring had a removal bat for shipping, but they decided to epoxy it in place. When confronted about it they cut the bat off and said problem fixed. Guess I need a new engraving place.

I brought in over 100 plaques to be engraved for the Wisconsin Federation of Music Clubs. This was the first year I had gone completely solo on this mission so I was slightly apprehensive. I dealt with Brian throughout the entire process and I couldn't be happier! He called or e-mailed whenever he had a question, suggested solutions to problems and the entire order was done within a week. We then stood at the counter and went over each plaque line by ine to make sure all was in order. The few mistakes there were were corrected immediately and I walked out knowing I would not have to make numerous trips back to have misspellings and such fixed. I am thrilled and so are the many teachers and students that those trophies went to. I'll be back next year and hoping Brian never takes it into his head to look for another job because he is very valuable there. Thanks Geiger Awards- you made me look good!
