Celesta did a wonderful job starting my locs for me. I was happy with how it looked. But personally I will not return to use her services. I feel that she was not professional at all. My last appointment I beat her to her own salon. I was waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes. After finally getting me in and starting my retwists she then LEAVES her salon for about 15 minutes, while I was under the dryer. I could've easily got up and not payed. So yes, she is skilled at what she does. But personally I wouldn't recommend her.
my apologies to you had you called we could have discussed your concerns I've serviced clients for over a decade sir. Moving to a home setting is not uncommon for those of who are blessed to have the opportunity to due so. We as Stylist have people who will try to slander our name as well as our profession. So I truly hope you find someone who please you because clearly your locs was started by and maintained by her as well. Years of damage to locs just sometimes can not be repaired. Do I hope you find what and who you seeking.

Terrible. Stay away. For someone who claims to have been doing hair for years, she really has no idea what shes doing. Shell say anything to try and convince of the contrary though. She also charges too much for someone who works out of her home. The biggest reason I gave a poor review was because she interlocked my hair so tightly, I had a headache for a week. My scalp literally was painful to the touch and parts of it still has scabs coming off. This neither slander nor intended to be baselessly insulting. Merely my experience.
I completely respect what you have said in your review i can understand your anger I simply ask for you to reschedule so that I could do a complete cultivation and repsir due to the time and respect for my next clients appointment because your locs needing more attention so to question my professionalism as well as the service that you did not receive I ask clients who have not had their hair serviced to first do a consultation it is not only for new clients it is for clients who have not been serviced for a while so that I could see the condition of your hair make recommendations so that we can schedule you into a time that we can get all of the services done that is needed if you need repair if you need a deep condition if you need a detox whatever you need for your locs at that time I would like to get it all done if you just Schedule for re-twist and other things are needed then I dont have the time to complete your service before another client is scheduled if I say that your hair is been neglected and all of my clients do understand and know that I give instruction on how to make your hair healthy again as far as the dogs when you first came in I apologize for that because what I have learned is some of my clients asked for them and they are out and then they go back in while I am servicing my clients due to the fact that I do have a Salon and I run a kennel but as far as your hair if Ive recommended for you to reschedule for longer service time then thats something that we would have to do if you tell me to go ahead and do the service that you had made for your appointment and I cannot complete it I cannot do something that is going to make me feel like I have not done my job nor given you satisfactory service then I have the right to refuse servicing your locs because time matters and I take the time for each and everyone of my clients we know that things happen when it comes to my clients may be a little late I may have gotten a little behind but I cannot spend three hours on your hair if you only scheduled an hour and a half service so I have to recommend that we reschedule so that we can get everything done but again I thank you and if you received the service that you came in for the first time that you came and you were satisfied then Im satisfied

If I could vote zero stars, I would. The customer service is terrible. First off there were dogs in there jumping all around you when I first was serviced. Then I came back for another service and she refused to do my hair because I havent been there for some time !! What kind of bs is that, who cares if I wasnt there for 6 years, if I want to be serviced and Im willing to pay, why not take me ? Ive never been rude or anything of the sort to her but I cant say the same for her. Shes had an nasty attitude since day 1, the smart remarks of my hair being dry and how I basically need to take more care of it. As if I dont already know that, hints to why I was coming to a professional to get it maintained. I will not recommend this salon to anyone. If theres anything Ill recommend is for her to learn professionalism and hospitality. Truly disappointed!
