They act like you're stealing stuff. I was trying on a pair for work shoes and walked in a circle to see how they felt. Guy in back asked if I needed help and I said no. Within 30 seconds he was right beside me pretending he heard the phone ring and stood there until I got the shoes I wanted. If my employer wasn't paying for them, I would have gone elsewhere.

I was very disappointed. I've been shopping here for years. Always met with friendly smiles and helpful employees. Today's visit, no one helped us, there was no selection of western wear and work boots. The clearance section was gone and the prices have gone up. It was very obvious that Patrick was NOT there. Which is a shame because he should be able to leave his store and not worry. I will come back, but if im treated like this again, I won't be. 2/23/21 So I came back. It's still a mess. The only person that spoke was the sweetest older lady who helped me and my husband look for a pair of jeans. Prices are much better. Selection was good, but was hard to get to due to everything being crammed so close together. My husband loves this place. I ended up spending a lot of money, because of my husband. He works hard for his money. I really think that's how it stays in business. Hard working, rugged men and women NEED what is sold there . *** If they had a loyalty membership, for folks like my husband, it'd be an added plus

I accidentally ordered the wrong beanie and emailed customer service to ask about an exchange. They responded at night- after work hours and by the next day I had the beanie I wanted on the way! This is the most responsive company I have ever dealt with! They responded so quickly to my emails.

Sorry that this happened to you. We obviously dont sell used merchandise. These boots must have been tried on in store. If you would have simply reached out to us, we wouldve replaced the boots for you. Have a great day!

I ordered a pair of ariat workhogs from them off Amazon. The price was sticker was 189$ then 212 after taxes same as everywhere else so it wasn't a used boot price. Opened the box and they've been worn already. Scuff marks over and dirt in the tread and stitching coming apart. They didn't even attempt to clean them before they sold them. If your ordering offline I'd be careful.
