Awful service, I recently used Imprint Ipswich to add my sports teams logo to 5 jumpers, 3 of which were acceptable but 2 were terrible in quality. Oscar provided awful customer service throughout, refused to refund payment and claimed the poor embroidery passed quality checks - do not use! As you can see from the below image the inside colour of the logo does not meet the line and it looks a mess!

As a busy self employed Fencer/ Landscaper, I needed clothes that are hard wearing and fit while working physically very hard in hot or wet conditions. Time poor I need a company that would work for me and with me and I have to commend Oscar and his team in delivering that..I needed a couple of fitments prior to ordering and they were happy to accommodate in a timely manner to..I also wanted high spec hoodies as the cheap ones some people offer would be destroyed in 1 day onsite. Again, what I was supplied was a high quality tough garment. Oscar was persistent in keeping contact with me as I asked him to keep me informed on how things were progressing..I have already recommended him to someone I know, and I'd have no hesitation in using his service again in the future.Incidently , the first shops I visited whilst out I was asked by 2 total strangers "could I offer them estimates for my services"..So logod clothes definitely work . Good work guys n girls.
