I wish I could put zero stars. Experience wasn't the best. I received the product in December. I was told I would either receive a check from insurance company to pay for the product or an invoice from the company. I did not receive either. Fast-forward to today and it turns out that my insurance does not cover the product and I have to pay out of pocket. I don't understand why an invoice wasn't sent for the past 3 months. Yes, in part it's my fault but if I hadn't called to inquire who knows how high the fee would have been

Shady sales practices. I was deluged with texts and phone calls from the Zynex sales department offering to "help" me buy the Zynex TENS unit prescribed by my doctor. The problem is that the Zynex unit costs about FIVE times more than other name brand TENS units I can get online or at local stores. The Zynex unit has a couple of questionable features that most TENS units do not have, and my Doctor says those features aren't useful for my needs. My Doctor has now quit prescribing the Zynex brand unit due to their questionable sales practices.

Absolutely nothing has been solved because the company has one goal in mind and that is to harass me. They will not listen to the facts, answer me in the way I asked, or forward information to me for a resolution to the complaint. I am so fed up with them. Why would I want to deal with this company? I do not.
