Beware of shipping costs for replacement filters. Couldn't find any other supplier to replace the Bathroom and Kitchen Quatro Super / Micro filters, so ended up buying from them directly. GBP 10 for shipping 2 types of filters, speechless! UPDATE May 12th - Vortice just called me and confirmed there was a system error and I should not have been charged for shipping at all and now processing a refund. Upgrading to 5 stars accordingly. Good effort to read review, act and rectify! Well done!
