Just stopped by on a slow rainy Wednesday at 3:30pm. We had our small camper trailer & saw the airstream they had parked in the front as decor. We found a spot, in their lot, right by the brewery. Despite their patio being littered in aggressive signs, there were no signs regarding parking. A youngish brown haired woman immediately came out asking if we were a food truck, which were clearly not, and said we had to leave. I tried to inquire & ask about parking but she stormed off while I was mid sentence. Her attitude was confrontational & unpleasant right off the bat. We walked in to ask to speak to a manager & she hesitated then lied saying she was one. Her attitude continued & it was made clear that we were not welcome to a single drink or to seek advice. Our experience was NOT good people. Right down the road is Trimtab which has better parking & much better people. Will never go back or recommend "Good" People to anyone. Instead, I'm sharing this review both online & will be sharing with others in person. UPDATE: Tried to call, was immediately hung up on before a word could be said by either party. No way of leaving a message. Would love to be contacted by actual management, regarding my unsettling experience.

Should be called Rude People not Good People. While on vacation in Birmingham with and spending a couple of hours at Top Golf we were introduced to Good People beer - we thought we would check out the brewery. We arrived at 10:30 on a Saturday evening after confirming that the hours of operation were open until midnight - which is apparently an arbitrary number. We walked in and the rudest young lady in clear glasses told us we are closing early so. While giving us dirtiest looks for walking in an hour and a half before closing. We got a flight and she was the most unfriendly person I have ever met - and trust me I am well traveled. She literally sat there with her gum in her mouth, scowl and popped her gum when asked a question about the beer to my husband. We stayed until 11:10 and left - but I would never patronize this business and hope that others will follow suit if this is the way good people treats actual good people.
