Systemically racist and wildly incompetent company. We utilized them for an important project to our business and not only were they downright lackluster in their response to even the most marginal request, but their service team spoke very different to our people of color than they did to our white contact points. I would avoid doing business with these people at all costs.
As far as a POS goes, it is pretty great. If you are going to use it to link to any kind of selling channel, don't do it. Springboard has enormous issues with synching information. Please save your energy and time. As a side note, I am a current Springboard user -- a very unhappy one at that.
