Three stars to the person who helped me resolve my issue, it was a simple thing but greatly appreciated. One star to the mask wearing, when I entered the establishment there signs requesting that people keep their masks on throughout their appointment posted. If you're requiring your customers to wear a mask throughout the entire appointment then your employees had better be wearing one as well despite the fact that they are on the other side of a plastic divider that does absolutely nothing but slow the virus down just like the masks do.
Dr. Wilson and the staff have always treated me extremely well. They communicate and explain everything well. Dr. Wilson is very personable and is knowledgeable about my eyes! I really like going to Vista Vision in Montrose.
My experience at Vista Vision was great...The staff is friendly helpful and professional and Dr. Lisenby was very helpful to my vision needs and has a warm and friendly personality and is knowledgeable about my diabetes....I enjoyed picking out my new frames and am looking forward to receiving them soon! Thank you all very much for a great vision experience.
Some aspects of manufacturing or out of our control, Im sorry for your delayed glasses. We never try to mislead a customer, instead our office intends to underpromise and over-deliver. Thank you for your comment, we are also focused on continual improvement.

Worst customer service for someone who gets great ratings. This woman named Courtney, everytime I call to check on my glasses she's got some excuse to cover up the fact they mislead me. 7 days turned into 2 weeks now as of today its another full 5 business days so all together 15 business days that I was told would be 7.
