Hello Haley, We feel very strong about our customer service. As soon as I learned of the breakage, I immediately sprung into action making you another complete pair of glasses, (same frame different color at no charge), while we ordered your original frame in. You picked up the very next day. 13 days later the original frame arrived completed and you picked up with no complaints. We strive to make our patients 100% satisfied. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do.

Bought a pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses, the price was fair. However they said my glasses would be ready the next day, they accidentally snapped my glasses ( whatever everyone makes mistakes). Took 2 weeks for them to order me another pair, they did not communicate the amount of time it would take. During this time the manager tried to give me my sunglasses that were not ready and barely tinted. So 3 weeks out from purchase, I had to call and ask them is they were ready. The manager did not offer any compensation and after twice of me explaining that I felt wronged, she finally offered to let me keep my donor pair. I would recommend you look else where for glasses, i will not be a returning costumer. i did not feel they prioritized me or communicated effectively.

I went in with some glasses that were broken glasses Came out with 2 pair glasses. I was really happy about the way things had handled things. They were very nice people there.

Great service, super fast return time and really nice selection of frames. I brought my prescription in today, picked out my frame and they made the lenses in less than an hour! Red carpet service from start to finish. Will come back and happy to do business with.
