My car was damaged twice here while it was dropped of for service. Would never bring my car here for service unless it was an emergency and I had no other choice. I currently go out of my way now to BMW of Freeport to be treated like a human being. However, my one star review is ONLY for the service department. My sales guy here is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond to help me, and even get involved with the service department to make sure I'm satisfied.

Terrible customer service, you bring the car in for service and they give it back to you super dirty. I complained twice and they only apologize (instead of fixing the problem). They offered you a deep clean but I am not sure how that could be different since they are the one who dirty the car while trying to clean it. When you try to call and leave messages they do not call you back. I am not sure how they can be the BMW of Manhattan and still offer this terrible service. Westchester has much better BMW dealers.
