Terrible experience in recovery - sick staff handling newborn. Pushy nurses. I had my second child at UPMC, worth the drive.

The hospital is charging me double for my baby's stay. It shows right on my insurance's explanation of benefits that they paid the hospital what they say I owe and the hospital adjusted the bill so they can charge me. And no one there has a brain to understand what's going on. So ridiculous.

Been here the last 3 days and the care they having been giving to my wife is amazing, the nurses are so sweet and caring and they do what ever you ask as quickly as they can, the doctors are excellent and very knowledgeable as well. I definitely recommend this hospital over any other in the lancaster/york area.

Why isn't my appointment showing up in my system? I had an appointment .I am pregnant and I needed this interview. I had my blood tests done and I couldn't find out my health status. I arrived on time. Being late wasn't my fault. Those who could not find my appointment in the system made a mistake. When I went, they asked me the name of my doctor. I couldn't remember. They sent me to another building. We went there. they sent us back to the same building. Finally, I called to find out my doctor's name. After we found out, we went to the doctor's office. They did not accept me because 5 minutes passed. they victimized me with my little baby in my arms. I will definitely not go again. I do not recommend it to you.
