AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! BAD QUALITY RUGS AND AWFUL SERVICE!!! I ordered a rug from this companies ebay store i thought very good rug for the price. Firstly, they booked in my delivery for between 10-12 upon checking the tracking it says it was delivered and to check calling card as left with neighbour, turns out they had delivered it to a completely different address! When I finally received the rug, excited to see the WHITE AND GREY rug I had ordered I received a BEIGE rug. Now everyone makes mistakes I get that, however I was offered a 30% refund :/ "if it is a good fit" well if it would be a good fit i wouldve ordered the beige. They then advised that I could get a full refund if i send this back, ok fair enough, however they made the return very difficult as if they didnt want it sent back. I was fed up of emailing through ebay so I decided to ring took me 4 times t actually speak with someone, i spoke to one girl who ask who i spoke to on ebay she found the girl i spoke to online who was the rudest customer service advisor i have ever spoken to, her attitude was stinking! And had the audacity to swear as passing the phone to her manager! I believe she though i was on hold/mute. When informing this to the manager she was not bothered and didnt even apologise! She passed me to another manager who was just as useless as all the others. Safe to say I will never use this company again! The quality on the rug is awful also get what you pay for bad quality of rug and horrible attitude on staff! I will be claiming a refund through eBay

Avoid this company like the plague. Refuse to give refunds if you dont like the rug etc. AVOIDDDDDDDD
