We apologize if you had a bad experience while in our shop. I thought I was pretty straight forward in the process and service this shop offers. I do not offer a "lesson" in embroidery to explain the types of threads I don't use and why. I can only tell you we use the highest quality materials on the best machines offered today. If customers need extra time to discuss and understand the process we recommend them making an appointment. When we charge a setup fee it covers building both left chest and cap embroidery files as well as answering any questions and making changes to the design size and colors at the time returning to approve the sample. These are decisions and discussions that are done after the sample has been stitched. This allows the shop to keep the work flowing and concentrate on orders already in production. I have the highest quality and quickest turn around time but simply can not stop work in process to be able to promise a job by the following week without already having your logo built and approved. First items of discussion was how a shop previously embroidered A shirt for you and you were unhappy with it. Sometimes businesses can not make everyone happy. This shop does not bill by the hour and must focus on the jobs in production just like the attention your job would receive here. My customers demand quality and quick turn around without errors. As the professional you are, if you were dissatisfied we simply could of discussed it at my front counter and see if we could resolve the issues. Remember we all are humans and trying to provide a service to the best of our abilities. I apologize for the bad experience and hope you find a shop that fits your needs.

We went in to get a quote and the man behind the counter was SO INCREDIBLY RUDE. Everything he said had an extremely sarcastic tone. I could not believe how rude he was to potential new business. We couldnt stomach giving him our money and decided to find somewhere else where we might be treated with some respect. Unbelievable.
We apologize if you had a bad experience. Our normal turn around time is generally 3 to 4 days. Most of the time we call the customer to notify them shortly after the 4th day. Sometimes we fail to do so because the shop continues to focus on getting orders out in a timely manner. If an item is not picked up we do not hound the customer as we understand people are busy. As for the cost of embroidery we offer basic pricing. Our "one off" embroidery such as bags, towels and blankets are always $15 up to 15k stitches. If there is a duplicate design the duplicate item is $12. No up charges for color change or having 1 letter or 10 letters, it is all figured on a placement and number of stitches. However your review is not accurate! Your were charged $15 for two different designs of two different items and another $12 for a duplicate design on an additional item. Your total bill with tax was $45.47. As for the quality, I stand by that we have the highest quality in this area. If you were not happy I would of gladly made the embroidery right if there was room to do so.

Covienient location for where I live and they had a decent selection of fonts and colors. However, thats all I have good to say about this place. I dropped off 3 idems and after 2 weeks I hadnt heard anything. When I called, the guy on the phone was super short, rude and acted like I should have known they were done. Then when I went to pick up my items, the guy (who appeared to be the owner) gave me a completely different price from what the female employee had given me and he only honored it on one item. They dont tell you the exact price until the end, so youre basically stuck paying a ridiculous price for embroidery! $50 for 2 items that had the exact same design and color and 1 single letter item. On top of that, the work was just mediocre.. there are a few places where the machine had skipped leaving a gap in the string. Overall very unprofessional and a horrible experience. I love supporting local businesses in the town I live in, but I do not recommend this place at all.
Excellent service and the guy behind the counter knew everything about embroidery and he was very helpful. Also the jackets I brought turned out very well.
The gentleman at the counter was VERY rude, and made me feel as I was a bother, rather than a paying customer. I was looking for a company to handle all embroidery for my company uniform shirts. Unfortunately they do not share the same "world-class" customer service ambitions that my company strives for. I will never go back
