I was lured into his office on a $2000 special for an implant. Once I arrived all they were interested in was convincing me to fix my whole mouth for $50,000. When I asked him to fix one tooth he seemed less interested in working on just the implant. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

Hi Lucille, Thank you for your comment about your recent experience regarding a consultation for implants in our office. I apologize that we were unable to meet your expectations. The initial consultation visit is necessarily thorough and may take an hour to review a patients medical conditions and medications, prepare dental X-rays and photos of the mouth. When I walk into a conference room I want to understand a patients expectations and I want to know the bodys conditions that may result in complications. We work very hard as a team to earn each patients trust. This thorough screening process in combination with our reduced fee have enabled us to safely provide over 500 implants to patients who tell us they could not have afforded dental implants. Gary R. I waited over 1 hour and 10 minutes for a consultation. The prices on the website are different than when you go there. Doctor Login also says the price can go up for hiccups. I asked for a written treatment plan and never received them.

I was extremely pleased with my first visit with Dr. Gary Logan. Clearly everyone who works in this office is trained to communicate well, be professional and knowledgeable, and be friendly. I highly recommend this practice.

This practice adapted an awful practice of changing the appointment time without letting the patient know. It happened to me twice already. I made appointment, received an email confirmation and entered it in my calendar. When i showed up to the office, i was told that my appointment was an hour ago and i missed it. They make patients feel like total idiots that don't know when the appointment is. Not to mention that you have to come back for a rescheduled appointment!
